- I want to sell my downloadable video clips or picture gallery sets online. How can you help?

- What payment methods can I accept at my store?

• In addition to Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover we also accept many popular card payments, which are using outside the U.S. and in Europe such as Solo, Maestro UK and Maestro International. Finally, since credit cards are not as popular in other parts of the world outside of the U.S, we also accept over 20 different alternative payment methods so your end users that want to buy your products and do so in a manner very easy for them.  

- Some of my customers would prefer to pay for products at my store in their own currency, which they are most comfortable with. Can SurfNet help?

• Yes, SurfNet not only accepts U.S. Currency for payments by default but also EUR and GBP. Ask about adding up to 14 more currencies as well to your store. While SurfNet can accept the full range of over 50 currencies worldwide there are about 17 which are the most widely used and if you have a particular desire or need just let us know and we can work to add that to your store.  

- I am new to selling online and not technically savvy. Would I need to know a bunch of technical terms and download complicated software to run my online store?

• No, from within our administration area you can create, edit, update or delete any products. You can add all necessary information for your product and upload images and your media content directly through the administration area. Our system will even inspect your video for file information and take preview images for you as well whether it is a photo gallery set or video clip file.
